The Committee on Finance moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

Eng. House Bill No. 4662 -- A BILL to amend and reenact §17C-16-5 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended; and to amend and reenact §17C-16-6 of said code, all relating to permitting the Superintendent of the State Police to collect $3 from the sale of motor vehicle inspection stickers to purchase, equip and maintain vehicles; and increasing the allowable fee from $12 to $14 for vehicle inspection and any necessary headlight adjustment.
